• 10 month contract Christiansburg High School 2026-27 SY Montgomery County Public Schools in Virginia, is now accepting applications for a Registrar Aide position (10 month contract) that is available at Christiansburg High School.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet and assist parents, community members, staff and students Answer telephone calls, take and relay messages; send and receive faxes Assist with sorting mail and filing records Enter data into the data management system Perform related job duties as required to assist in the running of the school counseling office

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Computer literate Functional knowledge of commonly used office equipment and work-flow technologies Effective verbal and written skills Ability to maintain an unquestionable degree of confidentiality Ability to multitask, work with interruptions, and work under pressure Ability to be dependable and punctual

Non-exempt

SALARY:

$20,272.00

• $35,904.

09 annually, with benefits; commensurate with experience (current salary scale may change due to 2025-2026 budget considerations)
