Patient Service Representative

Our medical practice in Fairfax is seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position involves administrative responsibilities and requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service to our patients while supporting multiple departments and the efficiency of our practice. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and polished demeanor.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
• Handle phone inquiries and correspondence with professionalism.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare regulations.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the practice's operations. Qualifications
• At least one year of experience in the medical healthcare service field.
• Experience in medical records a plus.
• Superior English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with medical software systems.
• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Polished people skills and a commitment to providing excellent patient service.
