Pro Motion Physical Therapy is a boutique outpatient practice in McLean, Virginia focused on individualized care, clinical reasoning, and a sustainable pace of practice. We are seeking a part-time physical therapist who values quality over volume and wants to work in a calm, collaborative, and patient-centered environment. What Makes Our Practice Different One patient per hour No double booking No aides or techs Private treatment rooms plus a functional training gym Flexible part time scheduling An out-of-network practice model that supports individualized care Collaborative environment with experienced clinicians Strong emphasis on hands on care, movement analysis, and osteopathic, visceral, craniosacral, and functional movement influences Mentorship available for clinicians interested in advancing manual and integrative treatment skills Our practice serves a diverse orthopedic population and includes clinicians with advanced training and interests in osteopathic and integrative manual approaches, visceral and craniosacral treatment influences, dry needling, functional movement-based care, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician seeking a more thoughtful alternative to the high-volume outpatient model, or for a therapist looking for flexible part-time work in a supportive professional environment. Our therapists are able to focus fully on patient care without juggling multiple patients simultaneously or managing support staff.
