We are currently accepting applications from Patient Care Coordinators to establish a qualified candidate pool for upcoming staffing needs. While we are not filling an immediate opening, we are interested in connecting with individuals who would be a great addition to our team should an opportunity become available. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits and communicate financial information Coordinate treatment scheduling Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records Support an efficient daily schedule while providing outstanding customer service Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred Eaglesoft experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with a positive, team-focused attitude Dependable and committed to providing outstanding patient care Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Continuing Education Opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you are someone who is passionate about patient care and would like to be considered for future opportunities with our practice, we'd love to hear from you.
