Patient Pre-Testing & Clinical Support (Entry Level + Paid Training) Midlothian, VA 23113 From $13.50 an hour - Full-time From $13.50 an hour - Full-time Looking for a consistent, full-time schedule with absolutely no weekend work? Want to learn a unique, specialized skill set without going back to school? We are a busy private eye care practice looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our clinical team. You do not need any healthcare or optical experience. We provide 100% of the training. If you are comfortable with computers, care about people, and are great at following a precise process, you can do this job. What You'll Actually Be Doing You will be the person who gets patients ready to see the doctor. Your day will look like a mix of: Running the
Pre-Test Equipment:
You'll be taking digital maps of the eye, checking peripheral vision, and taking eye pressure before the exam. (If you can follow a checklist and click a mouse, we can easily teach you how to run these machines.)
Contact Lenses:
Teaching new wearers the step-by-step process of safely putting in and taking out their contact lenses. Eventually, you'll even help choose lenses and make adjustments!
Clinic Support:
Helping check patients in, processing a few payments, and keeping the daily patient flow moving smoothly and on time.

The Details Starting Pay:
$13.50 / hour while you complete your initial training. 90-
Day Raise:
Once you've mastered the basic testing equipment and can run the pre-exam room independently, your pay bumps up to $14.50 / hour. From there, raises continue as you raise the bar.
