Job Description

JOIN A WINNING TEAM!
As a patient representative you will responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store. You will also be responsible for the intake of new patients, equipment set up, maintaining inventories, store appearance and completing daily paperwork.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Greets and assists customers in a positive, approachable manner. Answers questions and resolves customer inquiries and concerns. Educate on medical equipment, training is provided. Maintains a presence in the store by providing excellent customer service. Ensures a clean, well-stocked store for customers. Assists in organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store. Follows all Company policies and procedures.
Position Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate in person and on telephone Proficient on the cash register Basic computer skills
