Job Description
Battenkill Valley Health Center is seeking a part-time Patient Service Representative. The ideal candidate is a flexible team player, demonstrates excellent customer service and computer skills, and has the ability to multi-task. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering patient calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, updating patient records, collecting payment for services, checking patients in and out, managing medical records, and regular team meetings. EHR experience required | Microsoft Office experience required | Experience working within a medical practice preferred Competitive salary and exceptional benefits package offered.
