Compensation $19-21/hour based on experience and qualifications Position Responsibilities Greeting and assisting patients professionally Answering phones and scheduling appointments Sterilizing instruments and maintaining operatory cleanliness Assisting clinical team with chairside support as needed Supporting front desk and clinical operations efficiently Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment Candidate Requirements Friendly, professional, and people-presentable personality Strong communication and multitasking skills Must be proficient with computers (PC) and technology Ability to learn and work with multiple software systems and office technologies Must be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable and willing to learn Must be a true team player Professional workplace behavior is expected at all times Probationary Training Period All candidates must complete a mandatory paid 2-week probationary/training period to ensure the position is a good fit for both the employee and the office.

Probationary schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Following successful completion of the probationary period, long-term hours and responsibilities may be adjusted based on performance, abilities, and office needs.
