Schedule/Location:

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site at our Everett office .

What Do We Require of You? At least 2 years of intake experience in a medical office. Experience as a home health intake coordinator highly preferred, but not required Experience with Home Care Home Base highly preferred, but not required Key Responsibilities on a

Home Health Intake Coordinator:

Perform patient intake, verify insurance, demographics, orders, and document necessary information Make persuasive and empathetic outreach calls to patients to explain the value of home health services as ordered by their physician Address concerns, clarify expectations, and highlight how care will help them safely recover and regain independence Interface with contract, clinical, and office staff to foster collaboration and positive working relationships Serve as the primary responder to all inbound calls and inquiries Provide excellent customer service to patients, referral sources, and community contacts Maintain proper daily workflow and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Communicate effectively and professionally regarding coordination of care expectations Educate and enforce deadlines, schedule updates, and workflow requirements Coordinate initial patient assessments and follow-ups with clinical staff Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping for all patient information Assist in the development and maintenance of intake procedures and protocols Why Alpha Home Health & Hospice?
