This position is part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours for candidates who are open to supporting nearby office locations when needed. Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism Scheduling and coordinating appointments Managing patient communications and follow-up Verifying insurance benefits and explaining financial arrangements Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries Maintaining accurate patient records Supporting daily office operations and team collaboration Helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive office environment What We're Looking For Previous dental front office, patient coordinator, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Comfortable learning new systems and processes Desire to grow within a long-term organization Schedule Part-time position Opportunity for full-time hours for candidates willing to travel between nearby Light Dental Studios locations as needed The Right Person for This Role You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You understand that every patient interaction matters and take pride in making patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.
