Maintenance person for medical office (4 locations)

Our ophthalmology clinic is in need of a handyperson who would be responsible for such activities as keeping bulb inventory and changing bulbs, small fixes to buildings, equipment (not medical), and furnishings, hanging shelves, putting together furniture and any other like needs one would expect of four clinic locations. They would be first contact for any facility management issues and would then refer on to plumbers, electricians, etc. should it be beyond their scope. Must be good with tools, a self-starter, reliable and able to work as needed (5-25 hours per week).
