Job Description

Patient Accounts Rep is all about balancing the technical "grind" with the "why it matters." You want someone who treats a spreadsheet like a puzzle and a patient with empathy. We are looking for a sharp, numbers-driven Patient Accounts Representative to join our team. What You'll Be Doing Precision Billing:
Managing patient accounts with a high degree of accuracy—from charge entry to payment posting.
Problem Solving:
Investigating denied claims and identifying why the numbers aren't lining up.
Team Collaboration:
Working closely with our clinical staff and insurance providers to resolve billing discrepancies.
Patient Advocacy:

Number Fluency:
Comfort with basic accounting principles and high-volume data.
