Local Candidates Only Position Overview This is a floating Patient Service Specialist role that may require floating between multiple clinics. Candidates will be exposed to a variety of clinic settings and may be considered for permanent placement based on clinic needs and performance. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/healthcare setting required Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required Prior experience providing high-level customer service in a fast-paced environment required Key Responsibilities Coordinate clinic phone communications between staff, patients, and providers Accurately collect, manage, and distribute patient records using computer and manual systems Perform clerical duties, appointment scheduling, and records management Deliver excellent customer service while supporting patients, families, and healthcare staff Participate as an engaged member of the patient care team with a strong commitment to compassion and service

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
