Starting Wage:

$19.50/hour + Benefits The Armory is looking for a Patient Services Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to be part of a strong, team-oriented clinic environment. Our clinic works closely with first responders and others in physically demanding careers, and we are looking for someone who is excited to show up each day, support patients well, and be an important part of their care experience. As the first point of contact in the clinic, this role is a huge part of setting the tone for each patient visit. You'll greet patients in person and over the phone, help manage scheduling, assist with insurance and registration processes, and work closely with clinical staff to help the day run smoothly. We are not looking for someone with years of experience. We are looking for someone dependable, positive, organized, and motivated to learn. If you enjoy working with people, can adapt in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in helping others, we can train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming patient, physician office, and insurance calls Schedule and manage patient appointments within our EMR system Check patients in and out for appointments Collect co-pays and assist with patient account questions Verify and enter insurance and demographic information Support clinic flow and scheduling coordination with the therapy team Assist with records requests and general front office operations

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Healthcare or medical office experience is helpful, but not required
