Job Description

Job Description This educational non-profit organization that builds Montessori-inspired preschools in under-resourced communities. As an Enrollment Coordinator, you are the forefront or "face" between the organization and families they support. You will be one of the first interactions families have with this organization, following up with them on information or documents needed, helping them complete registration forms, connecting them to the resources they need, and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Review submitted registration forms, validate information, and follow up on any missing or incomplete information. - bulk
  • Maintain and ensure enrollment data in our student information system.
  • Track registration form submissions, monitor form completion in the student information systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure students are ready to start the school year.
  • Ensure the accurate migration of student information from one system to another.
  • Experience with data entry, detail oriented, high level of accuracy Ensure positive family experience by communicating effectively with families.

  • 2+ years of professional experience with at least one year of HR/recruiting or administrative experience
  • Experienced in reviewing documentation
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences and all levels of an organization
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently under minimal supervision - organizational skills are extremely important for this position
  • Proficiency in commonly used software including Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to learn new software/systems Able to craft effective communications to be presented both verbally and in writing with families and staff of all professional levels and background
  • Four or more years of professional experience in highly complex, fast-paced administrative roles
  • Verbally fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in writing proficiently Experience working with AI tools and platforms
