General Description:
The Secondary Registrar and Testing Coordinator reports to the Director of Secondary Education (Secondary Principal) and serves collaboratively with the secondary team to provide support and care to students, faculty and staff, and parents. The Secondary Registrar and Testing Coordinator welcomes campus guests and students to the secondary office with kindness and care and fosters a warm and inviting office space with intention and grace. The Secondary Registrar is considered a Ministerial role at Seattle Christian School, responsible for being a Christian role model, demonstrating servant leadership, and carrying out the school's mission through excellence.Position Type :

Proven successful experience in an office environment with a heart for customer service Possess skills to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to prioritize tasks and navigate challenging situations Demonstrate excellent, effective and intentional verbal and written communication skills Able to work collaboratively with principal, office staff, teachers, students and parents Have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software as well as other computer programs and applications Maintain a high level of discretion regarding confidential and sensitive information Possess a current knowledge of Washington State graduation requirementsKey Responsibilities:
Embody the school's mission and Christ-centered values by demonstrating strength of character, actively participating in community-wide events, and promoting school unity in all interactions. Serve as the primary champion for students, faculty, and families by providing accurate, timely, and compliant academic support and documentation. Manage the full lifecycle of student academic records with precision and confidentiality. Transcribe incoming secondary transcripts and collaborate with the Guidance Counselor to recommend appropriate graduation pathways. Record, organize, and securely store permanent student records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring full compliance with FERPA, state policies, and school procedures. Generate official transcripts, education verifications, letters of good standing, honor roll lists/certificates, GPA reports, academic eligibility rosters, and other requested documents for students, alumni, colleges, scholarship agencies, and external entities. Maintain and update critical platforms including the NCAA portal for scholar-athletes and the Parchment account for secure electronic transcript delivery; support student registration and access. Partner closely with the Guidance Counselor and Secondary Principal to monitor student progress toward graduation: Track dual-credit course enrollment, grades, updates, and community service hours; maintain accurate records and reports. Proactively identify and communicate with families regarding students with missing credits; support credit recovery efforts. Distribute diplomas, final transcripts, and post-graduation documents to graduating seniors.Lead grading and reporting processes:
Prepare and communicate grade-reporting deadlines and instructions to faculty. Collect grades, generate report cards, and distribute to students and parents/guardians. Support the National Honor Society Coordinator with GPA reports and documentation.Drive scheduling and course management:
Provide accurate data input to support master schedule development. Partner with the Counselor to print and distribute student schedules; assist secondary office staff with schedule preparation and printing. Oversee administration of all secondary standardized testing in collaboration with the Guidance Counselor, Secondary Principal, and Learning Support Coordinator. Ensure data integrity across all systems: Coordinate with the IT department to keep student information (emails, logins, classes, grades) accurate and current in all student information systems. Generate relevant data reports as needed for counseling, administration, and compliance purposes. Support the Secondary Office as needed.Employment Eligibility:
