Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors at the front desk
• Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays or payments from patients
• Perform entry tests on patients before they see the physician
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Qualifications:

• Friendly personality who is task orientated
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
