WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Monday 6am-3:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 7am-4pm Occasional Saturday shift as needed Day Shift
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Located on the corner of Dexter Avenue N. and Republican Street, UW Medicine Primary Care at South Lake Union offers primary care appointments six days a week. The clinic offers a full spectrum of primary care services (including family medicine and integrated behavioral health), obstetrics and gynecology, and sports medicine. Also located within the building, you'll find designated specialty care from the UW Diabetes Institute and the Karalis Johnson Retina Center .

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Patient Services Specialists and other assigned staff Direct, schedule and assist in the training of staff; provide feedback to supervisor on staff's performance Monitor daily performance dashboard; call waiting, queues, abandon rate and ensure daily work complete and accurate Identify and resolve problems or unusual situations; recommend changes as necessary Monitor and evaluate policies and procedures to suggest operational changes Assist in the preparation and maintenance of provider and clinic schedules Perform the work of the Patient Services Specialist 1, 2, and 3 REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent Three years of Patient Support Service experience OR An equivalent combination of education/experience
