Nurse Supervisor Pay:

$40-$46 per hour Are you a strong clinical nurse who thrives in both leadership and coordination roles? We're looking for a dynamic professional to step into a unique dual-role position that blends admissions expertise with hands-on nursing leadership. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who is organized, clinically confident, and ready to make an impact across both patient intake and day-to-day nursing operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless admissions while also supporting and guiding nursing staff on the floor. Key Responsibilities Admissions Coordination Review and evaluate incoming referrals for accuracy and appropriateness Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine admission eligibility Initiate and process admission orders for accepted residents Ensure a smooth, timely transition for all new admissions Nurse Supervisor Provide leadership, support, and direction to nursing staff Assist with clinical duties as needed Mentor and educate team members to support professional growth Maintain high standards of care and compliance with policies Serve as a clinical resource for decision-making and problem-solving Qualifications Active RN or LPN license Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Preferred Experience Admissions or intake experience in a healthcare setting Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($40-$46/hour) 401(k) retirement plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and more) Additional Details This dual-role position requires flexibility, with responsibilities shifting between admissions coordination and floor supervision based on census and operational needs.
