SCHEDULE

Flexible outpatient leadership schedule Ideal structure includes approximately 20 clinical hours weekly Part-time or full-time consideration available Outpatient-only environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $250,000

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and support multidisciplinary outpatient primary care team Supervise 3 Nurse Practitioners and collaborate with physician team members Oversee provider onboarding, clinical quality initiatives, and evidence-based care standards Participate in strategic planning and executive leadership meetings Maintain clinical practice responsibilities alongside administrative leadership duties Support compliance initiatives and operational performance improvement Participate in MAT-focused initiatives or obtain MAT certification if needed
