Patient Scheduling Representative - Family Medicine

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 Hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 am

• 5:30 pm.

Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.

Pay:

Pay starts at $19.59 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. Be part of something remarkable Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Patient Scheduling Representative to:

• Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence.
• Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
• Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments.
• Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner.

Education:

Minimum

• High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum

• Six (6) months of previous experience in an office or customer service environment. Preferred
