Patient Service Representative

Patient Services Representative Grafton, WI Freedom Physical Therapy Services, an independent, progressive physical/occupational therapy and wellness, practice is seeking a full time or part time Patient Services Representative for our Grafton location. This is an opportunity to be part of our overall care team. The front desk staff is important in supporting our patients and the overall business. This position is critical as it is the first contact our clients have with Freedom. The ability to present a professional and welcoming environment is critical to this role. This position is responsible for scheduling/greeting patients, managing patient information, collecting patient balances and supporting the staff as needed. This individual is essential to our ability to provide excellent service to all of our clients and staff.
