BayCare Clinic Gynecologic Oncology is looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from with a rotating schedule between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm! No Holidays! No Weekends!
The Clinic:
BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound. The Practice:
Our gynecologic oncologists treat women with gynecologic cancers as well as certain benign (non-cancerous) conditions that may require surgery. Our team provides a multidisciplinary approach to cancer therapy. We create individualized gynecologic cancer treatment plans based on the latest cancer research and technology.

The Job:
Greets and checks in patients. Assists patients in filling out patient forms. Answers phones, takes messages, and routes calls when necessary. Pre-registers patients, verify insurance, co-pay and share important appointment information. Enters pertinent information into patient charts. Schedules patient appointments. Collects co-payments from patients. Performs general office duties. Respects and maintains confidentiality. Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
The Requirements:
A minimum of a high school education or equivalent. Post high school coursework in Medical Terminology and/or HealthCare Business Services is appropriate. Must have a working knowledge of medical terms and health insurance. Must possess strong desktop computer skills. Experience with EPIC is preferred.
