Job Summary:

The Patient Support and Monitoring Associate provides compassionate companionship and safety monitoring for patients, while also supporting service operations within the healthcare environment. This role ensures patient well-being through direct observation, video monitoring, and responsive service assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Companion and Sitter Duties:

Provide attentive companionship and support to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Monitor patients for any signs of distress or changes in condition and report promptly to clinical staff. Assist patients with basic needs and provide reassurance to reduce anxiety or agitation.

Video Monitoring Technician Duties:

Operate and monitor video surveillance systems to observe patient activity and ensure safety. Identify and respond to any unusual or concerning behaviors captured on video. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of monitoring activities and incidents.

Service Associate Duties:

Support the healthcare team by assisting with non-clinical tasks such as delivering supplies, managing equipment, and maintaining a clean environment. Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
