Week 1: Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat 6a-2:30p. Week 2: Sun/Thurs/Fri 6a-2:30p. We're seeking a Patient Access Representative to support a smooth, accurate, and welcoming experience for patients and visitors. This role plays a key role in patient admission, registration, insurance verification, and scheduling, ensuring every interaction is efficient and compliant with financial and insurance requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Accurately collect, analyze, and record demographic, insurance, financial, and clinical data in the system, ensuring all required documentation is complete Maintain strong knowledge of insurance plans and verification processes Answer and route phone calls professionally; take accurate messages Educate patients on financial obligations, including point of service (POS) collections and estimates Assist with patient self-service registration processes service registration processes. service registration processes.
