Patient Access Support - Noble Community Clinics Manitowoc, Wisconsin |
Full-Time:

About the Role We are seeking a Patient Access Support team member to join our front-line staff. In this role, you will be responsible for completing patient registration, assisting walk-in patients, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. You are the first point of contact for patients, and you play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. What You'll Do Check in patients for all appointments Verify accuracy of patient paperwork and demographics Enter patient data into the EHR Receive and process co-payments and payments accurately Maintain front-desk responsibilities and monitor patient flow Identify patients in need of financial assistance and refer to the Financial Advocate Work assigned work queues efficiently Ensure patient charts are accurate and complete, including scanning documents Support the organization's quality improvement program Ensure UDS data is entered correctly in the EHR What You'll Receive A culture built on patient care, teamwork, and community impact Competitive salary & benefits: 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) - accrual starts on your first day 8 Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision & Pet Insurance 401(k) with up to 5% company match Short & Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance (company-paid) What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare office setting preferred Minimum of one year of customer service experience Epic experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-centered mindset Why Noble?
