Additional Details :
1.0 FTE Evening Shift (5) 8-hour shifts 1400-2230 Monday - Friday •A minimum of 1-year experience working in a healthcare setting required•
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education High school diploma or G.E.D Experience Minimum of one year in a health care setting, medical terminology training. Computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Word along with good organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate logs, inventories, and forms. Ensure the clinic and dental rooms are stocked and ready for use. Answer phone calls and arrange for needed supplies or repairs. Perform administrative tasks, such as filing and tracking medical records and appointments. Perform other duties as required, including duplicating materials, taking off orders, distributing mail and packages, and monitoring general e-mail correspondence.
