Patient Service Representative (PSR) - Join Our Team! Milwaukee, WI | TMJ, Orofacial Pain & Sleep Apnea Specialty Practice Are you a people-person who enjoys helping others and creating exceptional patient experiences? We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our growing specialty healthcare practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality service from their first phone call through the completion of their care. What You'll Do Welcome patients warmly and create a positive first impression Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring an exceptional patient experience Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments across multiple providers and locations Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion Collect and verify insurance information, assist with patient registration, and ensure records are accurate and complete Assist patients with financial questions, office policies, and payment collection Coordinate follow-up appointments and patient communications Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system Collaborate closely with providers, medical assistants, billing personnel, and leadership to ensure seamless patient care Support daily front office operations and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as a Patient Service Representative, receptionist, front desk coordinator, or customer service professional in a healthcare setting preferred Medical or dental office experience is highly desirable Experience with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Friendly, professional, and patient-centered approach Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay range of $20-$24 per hour Full-time, stable position with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement Work in a specialized and rapidly growing field focused on TMJ, Orofacial Pain, and Sleep Apnea treatment Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused team Make a meaningful impact on patients' comfort, health, and quality of life Gain valuable experience in a unique specialty healthcare environment Work alongside passionate professionals dedicated to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care Work Environment This position is based in a professional healthcare office with frequent patient interaction both in person and by phone.
