What You'll Do:
Perform medical screenings and physical assessments to ensure donor eligibility Monitor donors during the plasma donation process to ensure safety and comfort Respond to donor reactions or medical concerns using your emergency care expertise Educate donors about the process and provide clear, compassionate communication Work in a predictable, outpatient setting without the unpredictability of emergency calls
What We're Looking For:
EMT-P, LPN, or RN High School Diploma Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and occasional weekends Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy Why Choose BioLife?
