Benefits:
Pay package discussed upon application; PRN positions may not include full benefits, but opportunity for supplemental income and flexible scheduling What You'll Do Conduct patient assessments in accordance with physician orders and protocols Provide education on respiratory equipment, therapy compliance, and care plans Set up and troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices including ventilators and oxygen systems Perform follow-up visits and ongoing patient evaluations at home Monitor and document patient progress and equipment performance Communicate updates to physicians and healthcare team Support patient and caregiver understanding of therapy and equipment use
What You Need Required:
Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT or CRT) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reside within 25 miles of Mountain Home, Arkansas Ability to travel within a territory extending approximately 2 hours from the branch location
Preferred:
Home healthcare or respiratory therapy experience DME experience Degree in respiratory therapy or a related field One year of clinical experience
Skills:
Strong patient education and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Rapport-building with patients and caregivers About the Assignment Join a flexible, patient-centered role focused on respiratory care in home settings.
