Job Description
Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | Home Health | Searcy, AR $30-$36/hr | $4,000 Sign-On Bonus | Company Vehicle Provided Seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide in-home respiratory care throughout the Searcy, Conway, and Little Rock areas. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule, autonomy in the field, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them remain compliant with therapy and avoid hospitalization. Schedule & Territory Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Field-based role covering Searcy, Conway, and Little Rock Company vehicle provided Must reside within 25 miles of Searcy Responsibilities Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and follow-up visits Educate patients on oxygen therapy, PAP therapy, ventilators, and respiratory equipment Adjust equipment per physician orders Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide ongoing patient support Maintain clinical documentation Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every 3-4 weeks Compensation & Benefits $30-$36/hr based on experience $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 at 60 days and $2,000 at 180 days) Additional bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k), HSA, and FSA options PTO and paid holidays Life and disability insurance Requirements Active RRT credential and Arkansas RT license Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 65 lbs Home health or DME experience preferred Why Choose Arkansas?
