Join Our Healthcare Team as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) -
Searcy, AR Position Overview:
Are you a dedicated Respiratory Therapist seeking a fulfilling role that makes a real difference in patients' lives? We are looking for an experienced RRT to provide exceptional in-home respiratory care across the Searcy, Conway, and Little Rock areas. This full-time position offers autonomy, varied daily tasks, and the opportunity to impact patient well-being directly.
Location:
141 Blue Drive, Searcy, AR 72143
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Coverage Area:
Searcy, Conway, and Little Rock (on-call support covers all three locations)
On-Call Rotation:
Typically every 4 weeks; may be adjusted to every 3 weeks based on coverage needs.

Searcy, AR What You'll Do:
Conduct in-home patient assessments and safety evaluations to ensure optimal respiratory health. Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapy procedures and equipment usage. Set up, monitor, and adjust oxygen therapy and ventilator support following physician orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues swiftly to maintain seamless care. Provide ongoing follow-up support via phone and in-home visits as needed. Participate actively in the on-call rotation, managing urgent patient needs after hours—initial responses are remote, with in-person visits scheduled when necessary. Assist in the training and onboarding of new clinical staff. Maintain accurate, timely documentation adhering to healthcare standards and policies.
Work Environment:
Field-based, requiring daily travel to patient homes across the designated territory.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$32.00 - $36.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
Incentives:
Performance bonuses and a Sign-On Bonus of $4,000 ($2,000 after 60 days and $2,000 after 180 days)

Provided for transportation to patient locations

Qualifications:
Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT required) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reside within 25 miles of Searcy, AR Strong communication skills for patient education and team collaboration Ability to work independently with excellent organization and time management skills Solid troubleshooting skills for respiratory equipment Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 65 lbs Comfortable performing daily in-home visits and driving within the assigned territory Ability to meet N95 mask fitting and safety requirements
Preferred Skills & Experience:
1+ year hands-on experience in clinical or home healthcare settings Experience with ventilators and respiratory devices Degree or certification in respiratory therapy or a related field Why Join Us?
