Shift:

6:00 PM - 6:30

AM Experience:

24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Vascular Access Team experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

Vascular access experience required (CVC, PICC, A-line, IV) Must have a minimum of 24 months RRT-Vascular Access Specialist experience

Required Credentials:

Life support certifications must be from

AHA, ARC, or ASHI Preferred Credentials:

VA-BC or CPUI Certification Special Requests:

No travel pairs or trios. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later
