Job Description
Active Certified Respiratory Tech (CRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide critical respiratory care as a Certified Respiratory Therapist in a dynamic healthcare setting. This night shift position offers the opportunity to work in emergency room environments, focusing on airway management, breathing treatments, patient assessments, and arterial blood gas (ABG) management. The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality respiratory therapy during the overnight hours, supporting patient outcomes with your expertise.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive respiratory patient assessments. Manage airway emergencies and provide effective breathing treatments. Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and analysis. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient respiratory care. Utilize Cerner electronic medical records for documentation and communication. Cover night shifts three times per week (1830-0700).Qualifications:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required. Current Arizona state respiratory license. Proven experience in emergency and critical care respiratory therapy. Proficiency with Cerner EMR is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Location:
