Full Time Night Respiratory Therapist

Registered Respiratory Therapist, Full Time & Part time

Pay:

$28 per hour depending on experience

Shift:

Night Shift - 6pm - 6am Daily Pay Offered•New Grads Welcome!! Duties include (but aren't limited to): Assessing vital signs and response to therapies Monitoring ventilators, bipaps, and other oxygen delivery devices Providing oxygen therapy and appropriate therapies to meet the patient's oxygen requirements Obtaining and analyzing arterial blood gas samples Administration of pulmonary based medications Delivering appropriate care in the event of a medical emergency (code blue, rapid response) Consulting with physicians and members of the medical team to recommend a change in therapy, plan of care for patients, and developing treatment plans Analysis of chest x-rays, lab results, and pathology reports Educating and counseling patients regarding pulmonary health, disease management and prevention, tobacco cessation, and discharge instructions related to pulmonary/respiratory issues Assisting in other areas of the facility as needed Come join our great facility, which is led by a tenured management team with a focus on maintaining a fun, engaging culture.
