  • Must be licensed to practice respiratory care in the State of Arizona
  • Must hold a current CPR card
  • Must be able to work as a team player with fellow RT's and all healthcare pros for the good of each resident.
  • Must perform appropriate Respiratory Care therapeutic modalities and department protocols designed to enhance pulmonary function as well as patient/family teaching and education as defined by the AZ Board of Respiratory Care Examiners.
Demonstrates sound working knowledge of all respiratory care equipment used for patients appropriate to the age of the patients served. Cleans, processes, and assembles dirty equipment and stocks as needed.
  • Must document all aspects of respiratory care and direct patient care in Matrix and any appropriate documentation forms to enhance patient progress in accordance with documentation policy & procedures.
  • Performs age appropriate advanced cardiopulmonary and airway management during all emergent situations (i.e., Code Blue and Emergency situations.)
  • Any and all other appropriate job duties as assigned.
