Clinical Liaison, Respiratory Therapist Full-Time | On-Site / Field-Based | About Us We are a leading provider of durable medical equipment (DME) to hospice organizations, committed to delivering compassionate, reliable, and responsive support to the patients and teams we serve. Our mission is to make equipment ordering, delivery, and service seamless for hospice agencies so they can focus on exceptional patient care. We are expanding our presence across the western United States and are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview The Hospice Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hospice agencies throughout their target geography while also supporting the clinical side of the relationship. This role focuses on driving new business, increasing referrals, and serving as the primary liaison between hospice partners and our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with healthcare, hospice, or DME sales experience who thrives in a high-trust, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business with hospice agencies Conduct regular in-person visits with clinical directors, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams Safely deliver, set up, service, troubleshoot, exchange, and retrieve respiratory equipment including but not limited to oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen systems, CPAP/BiPAP devices, ventilators, nebulizers, suction units in addition to standard DME as needed. Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and facility staff on safe and effective use of respiratory equipment and supplies. When requested by hospice, assess patient respiratory needs and ensure appropriate respiratory equipment and supplies are provided according to physician orders. Present our DME services, equipment offerings, and value proposition to prospective partners Maintain strong communication with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns Track sales activity, referral trends, and territory performance Attend hospice-related events, industry meetings, and networking opportunities Collaborate closely with our internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on patient-centered service
Qualifications Required:
Current state Respiratory Therapist license in good standing Previous experience in healthcare, hospice, home health, or DME sales Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a territory Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (frequent travel required) Knowledge of hospice operations or DME preferred Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Commission structure or performance bonuses Mileage reimbursement or car allowance Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company Why Join Us? $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
