Job Description

At Encinitas Post-Acute, we pride ourselves on our ability to support one another as our culture is one of teamwork and having fun while providing quality care to our residents. We are a 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with rehabilitation services located in the heart of Encinitas. We are on the search for an RT Lead to oversee our Respiratory Care program and staff. The RT Lead will be responsible for creating and implementing appropriate care plans along with the clinical team. This role will be a salary position working on a Full-Time basis.
Shifts Available:

Vacation and Sick Leave Pay Range:
$87k-94k/annually Overview of the position: The RT Lead is responsible for overseeing the respiratory care department in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. This includes patient assessment, treatment planning, and supervising RT's. Provide leadership and direction to the respiratory therapy team. Ensure that all staff provide safe, effective, and compassionate respiratory care. Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized care plans. Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of respiratory therapy equipment. Provide ongoing education and training to respiratory therapy staff tomaintaincompetencies and stay currentwith advancementsin respiratory care. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
RRT/RCP License active in CA 2years experiencein a Skilled Nursing Facility
BLS/ACLS/CPR
