This is a Full time, benefited 12 hour day shift RCP position at Scripps Encinitas. Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist within our Respiratory Therapy department at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas. Use your technical skills and experience to help our team in this exciting and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a thirst for knowledge and is eager to grow within the Scripps Health family. The Respiratory Therapist, in collaboration with other caregivers: Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates actions for respiratory care Performs all technical diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to respiratory care and other core responsibilities necessary to maintain the flow of patient care and comfort in the unit Responds to critical situations Utilizes computer systems in performing position duties Adheres to Hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Participates in Quality Control, preventative maintenance, and performance improvement activities.
