Educate & Demonstrate:
Deliver lectures and lead labs, using your clinical experience to prepare students for real-world scenarios.Drive Student Success:
Maintain an 80% student success rate by monitoring progress, mentoring at-risk students, and reducing course withdrawals.Curriculum Implementation:
Execute lesson plans aligned with program objectives, integrating guest speakers and field trips to enhance learning.Student Mentorship:
Advise students on curriculum paths and coordinate externship opportunities to bridge the gap between school and clinical practice.Compliance & Administration:
Maintain accurate grades and attendance records, and ensure all activities meet accreditation standards.Educate & Demonstrate:

Credentials:
Active RRT and State RCP license.Experience:
3+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. (Teaching experience is preferred, but a passion for education is essential).Education:
Associate degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree).Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong verbal/written communication skills.Credentials:
Active RRT and State RCP license.Experience:
