Respiratory Therapist - Full Time Fulton Gardens Post Acute - Stockton, CA Fulton Gardens Post Acute is hiring full-time and per diem Respiratory Therapist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population. Our focus is ensuring high-quality patient care, strong clinical outcomes, and a positive team culture. Responsibilities Provide respiratory assessments, treatments, care planning, and documentation Manage and drive the respiratory caseload, focusing on clinical success and resident quality of life Educate and support nursing staff on respiratory techniques, equipment, and best practices Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team What We're Looking For Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred, but not required Strong communication and clinical assessment skills Enjoys working with older adults Takes initiative and embraces accountability Able to lead, organize, and manage a department independently What We Offer Positive, supportive work environment focused on teamwork and patient care Training and ongoing support from Fulton Gardens and our respiratory consultant team Competitive pay Full-time, stable position in a well-established skilled nursing facility If you are a Respiratory Therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact and lead a program that truly benefits residents, we welcome your application.
