Job Description

Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required Valid state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner Experience providing respiratory care to adult and geriatric patient populations Demonstrated ability to work independently and supervise others as needed Competency with completing all necessary documentation (EMR, flow sheets, patient charges) Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver basic and critical respiratory care in accordance with physician orders and department policy Respond proactively to respiratory patient needs, including those with acute respiratory disease Provide supervision to delegated staff as appropriate Maintain thorough and timely documentation for each patient encounter Adhere to quality and safety standards during all respiratory therapy procedures
