Week:
36 Hours Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team in Aspen, CO. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for a diverse patient population and be comfortable working with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. Key Responsibilities Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory support equipment Respond to respiratory emergencies and critical care situations Assist with neonatal and pediatric respiratory care as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with hospital policies and respiratory care standards Required Certifications Colorado Respiratory Therapist (RT) License (or ability to obtain prior to start date) BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) NRP Advanced Provider (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Qualifications Minimum 2 years of well-rounded Respiratory Therapy experience required Experience caring for a diverse patient population Strong ventilator management and critical care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred Qualifications NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential Experience with high-risk deliveries and neonatal patients Experience with Epic EMR Bilingual in Spanish Education Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program Benefits Competitive weekly pay Housing stipend or assistance Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life insurance Supportive and responsive staffing team Why Aspen, CO?
