Qualifications:

Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start Minimum of one year of recent experience in respiratory therapy preferred Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality respiratory care including ventilator management, therapeutic interventions, and diagnostic evaluations Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with physicians and nursing staff Document patient responses and communicate changes in status efficiently Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and home care when needed Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment for safety and compliance
