8/1-8/10, 8/28-9/5, 10/8-10/17, 10/29-11/2 & first 2 weeks of assignment; no more than 10 days off during contract

Education:

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary

REQUIRED CLINICAL EXPERIENCE - THIS MUST BE CLEARLY INDICATED IN WORK HISTORY FOR SUBMISSION

• Minimum 3 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 3 years Neonatal ICU (Level 3 or 4)
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric ED
• Minimum 1 years Pediatric Level 1 Trauma
• Minimum 5 years of RRT experience

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 4 years Pediatric ICU
• Minimum 4 years Neonatal
