This role involves assessing patient conditions, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality respiratory care. Assess and diagnose patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders. Implement and monitor patient-specific respiratory care plans. Operate and maintain a variety of specialized respiratory care equipment including ventilators and oxygen suppliers. Educate patients and families on treatments and procedures. Participate in clinical rounds with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Proficient in using respiratory care equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) as applicable
