Supportive, collaborative work environment Opportunities to grow, lead, and mentor Meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital Competitive compensation + comprehensive benefits What You'll Do As a vital member of our Respiratory Therapy team, you will: Deliver patient-centered respiratory care across newborn, pediatric, and adult populations Perform clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and diagnostic procedures Operate and manage advanced respiratory equipment safely and effectively Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease management, and home care Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) Serve as a mentor/preceptor for students and new team members ️ Key Clinical Skills & Services You'll work with a wide range of respiratory therapies and procedures, including: Mechanical ventilation, CPAP/BiPAP, high-flow oxygen therapy Arterial blood gases (ABGs) and airway management Intubation and bronchoscopy assistance Emergency response (cardiac/respiratory arrest) Pulmonary diagnostics (PFTs, EKGs, Holter monitoring) Bronchial hygiene therapies and medication administration Patient education (COPD management, smoking cessation, breathing techniques)

Qualifications Required:
