Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Professionally, you'll engage with cutting-edge technology such as the Hamilton G5 ventilator and Meditech EMR, and work within multidisciplinary teams that prioritize autonomy and foster collaboration. With flexible scheduling and the chance to be a pivotal member in both NICU and ICU care, you'll benefit from the experienced staff's mentorship and expand your credentials in a supportive, progressive setting.
Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Minimum 3 RT staff per shift for optimal support
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential; CRT or NBRC Minimum 6 months of recent acute care hospital RRT experience Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications

Meditech, PICU, and NICU Key Responsibilities:
Administer respiratory therapies and treatments across ED, Pediatrics, ICU, NICU, and Med Surg Operate advanced ventilator equipment and assist with intubations Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) draws and provide education to patients and staff Collaborate closely with a diverse, team-oriented group of professionals Exercise critical thinking and autonomy in ventilator liberation and acute interventions Why This Assignment?
