Essential Qualifications:
Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Active and unencumbered state respiratory care license (or eligibility to obtain) Recent clinical experience in acute care settings Proficiency in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and respiratory assessment Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients Conduct pulmonary function tests and therapeutic interventions Monitor and adjust ventilatory support and oxygen therapy Educate patients and families on disease processes, therapies, and equipment Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure excellent documentation and adherence to safety protocols
