Schedule:

7:00 pm to 7:30 am Every other weekend required

Key Qualifications:

Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification preferred Experience with a variety of respiratory treatment modalities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain calm and effective in emergent situations

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and evaluate respiratory therapy treatments for patients across all age groups Operate and maintain ventilators, oxygen devices, and other respiratory equipment Perform patient assessments to recommend and adjust therapy as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care planning Document therapies and patient progress accurately in accordance with facility protocols Respond promptly to emergencies and provide expertise during respiratory distress events
